The public site is informational. We work hard to keep every number and claim on it honest — that's rather the point — but nothing here is an offer, a guarantee, or professional advice for your specific situation. Engagements begin with a conversation and a contract, not a webpage.

The content, design, and writing are ours (or licensed to us). Read it, link it, quote it with attribution; don't scrape it wholesale or pass it off as yours.

Accounts on our signed-in surfaces

Our partner and customer portals require an account tied to your organization. You agree to: use accurate information, keep your credentials to yourself, and use the surfaces only for their purpose — working with us. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are abused, misused, or no longer authorized by their organization, and an organization's administrators control who belongs to it.

Content you submit (support tickets, for instance) stays yours; you give us the license to use it for the purpose you submitted it — running the service and doing the work.

Client work is governed by your agreement, not this page

If your organization has an engagement with us, the engagement agreement governs the work, the deliverables, the fees, and everything that matters — and wherever these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement wins. Billing shown in the portal reflects it; payment processing is handled by Stripe under Stripe's own terms.

The unavoidable part

The site and portals are provided "as is." To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or portals; anything concerning actual engagement work is addressed in the engagement agreement, where such things belong. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Changes and contact
